More Information

The first fan has red thread wound around the lower section of the lower guard, unable to examine the reason but possibly a repair just down from the shoulder. The leaf is rubbed on the folds and has previous crude repairs seen on the verso. One further central fold split.
The bone fan has damage, both guards have one inner stick stuck to them, the lower guard has a break at the shoulder, and the leaf is splitting centrally on the lower border
