An antique linen band sampler, alpha/numeric, dated 1834; together with a colourful alpha/numeric sampler worked on gauze, attribution indistinct, and a small needlework panel of the type worked in school, probably Europe as the thread used is red, cream linen, examples of different stitches and drawn thread, with large central initials E C A (3) (Shipping category C)
The band sampler is faded, has a small brown mark on the bottom border, a small hole just below the centre to the left, and a repair low down on the left.
