A 19th century Japanese purse or pouch, in teal wool, applied with a sun or moon in beige wool, embroidered in silk thread with flying birds, supplemented with gold metallic threads for flowers and foliage, the interior in brown leather, lined in colourful woven silk, the closure of silver metal, internal and rear compartments, side gussets, approx. 16 cm by 9cm by 2cm.
